Booking & Deposit

A booking request does not guarantee your event date. Your date is only secured once the required deposit has been received. Until the deposit is paid, the date remains open and may be booked by another client.

The deposit will be applied toward the total event fee. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the performance at the Performer’s discretion, and the deposit will be retained.

Cancellation Policy

Local Events: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

Non-Local Events: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days (1 week) in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made after these timeframes will result in the deposit being retained.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may be treated as cancellations if made outside of the applicable notice period.

Performer Cancellation

In the rare event that Fabian Olive must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments made by the Host will be fully refunded. Where possible, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the event.

Local vs. Non-Local

Local events are defined as events within a 30-mile radius of Atlanta, Georgia, measured from a central point in downtown Atlanta. Events beyond this distance are considered non-local and may be subject to additional travel time and expenses.

Distance is determined using standard mapping tools.

Travel & Additional Costs

For non-local events, additional travel expenses (such as mileage, accommodation, or transportation) may apply. These will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Travel arrangements and associated costs must be agreed upon prior to confirmation of the booking.

Host Responsibilities

The Host agrees to provide:

• Reasonable access to the premises for setup no less than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time

• Adequate seating for all guests in a space suitable for the size of the audience

• A suitable performance area, free of obstruction, allowing for safe and effective delivery of the performance

• A functioning TV or screen, in good working condition, if required for the performance

The Host is responsible for ensuring that the space is safe, respectful, and appropriate for a live performance.

Guest Conduct & Environment

This experience is designed to be respectful, engaging, and safe for all participants. Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward the Performer and other attendees.

The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Excessive intoxication or disruptive behavior may result in the performance being paused or terminated without refund.

The Host is responsible for the conduct of all guests and for ensuring compliance with these terms.

Safety & Right to Refuse Service

Fabian Olive reserves the right to refuse or end a performance at any time if the environment is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not aligned with the nature of the experience. Such termination shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

Delays & Timing

Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to adhere to the scheduled start time. Delays attributable to the Host, including but not limited to guest readiness or space setup, may result in a reduced performance duration and shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

Content Disclaimer

The performance includes discussions of sex, sexuality, relationships, and intimacy. While presented in a thoughtful and often humorous manner, the content is intended for mature audiences. The Host is responsible for ensuring that all attendees are aware of the nature of the content.

Recording & Intellectual Property

The performance and all related materials are the intellectual property of Fabian Olive.

Recording (audio or video) of the performance is not permitted without prior written consent. Unauthorized recording or distribution may result in legal action.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, accidents, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, both parties will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

Liability

The Host is responsible for the event environment and guest conduct. Fabian Olive is not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses that may occur during the event, except in cases of proven negligence or willful misconduct.

Privacy

Any personal information submitted through this website (contact forms, bookings, etc.) will be used to communicate with you and manage bookings. We do not sell your personal information.

This website is hosted and operated using third-party platforms, including Squarespace and related service providers (such as payment processors or form tools). While information is shared with these services only as necessary to operate the website and deliver services, we do not control how these third parties manage or process your data. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
